Adam Smith: Recognized as one of the most talented British chefs of his generation. Adam Smith is the head chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Woven by Adam Smith in the luxurious Coworth Park. He is the winner of the prestigious Roux Scholarship competition and holds the title Master of Culinary Arts, which confirms his masterful skills and contribution to the development of culinary art. His cuisine combines classic techniques with a modern approach, celebrating the best British products.
Steve Drake: A true icon of the British culinary scene, a chef who has earned Michelin stars for three different restaurants in his career, including his current place – the Sorrel restaurant. Steve Drake honed his skills under the guidance of legends like Nico Ladenis and Marco Pierre White. His style is characterized by a focus on flavor and surprising yet harmonious ingredient combinations.
