Our rooms
Excellent location
The hotel is actually in the center of all attractions. The staff was smug, helpful, the rooms neat, clean, with access to basic personal hygiene products and coffee/tea set. Breakfast in the form of a buffet, with a wide selection and very tasty. We highly recommend. We will return here again.
One of the better hotel breakfasts
The location was ideal: just around the corner from the hotel is the Jubilat bus stop, in 20 minutes you can go directly to the airport, and in 15 minutes to the Krakow G艂贸wny train station. Wawel Royal Castle, the Main Market Square, Kazimierz and Podg贸rze are all within walking distance, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, close to the water.
The staff is friendly and willing to provide additional explanations. I was very curious about the colorful cookies served at breakfast, especially the green ones caught my attention. The lady in the breakfast room was willing to share the chef's recipe, as it is her own idea, and you can't get the cookies in stores. Speaking of breakfast, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The selection was huge and everything was super fresh. It's very nice to start the day in such a tasty way.
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms
Our stay at the Kossak Hotel in Krakow in February 2024 was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We booked a Superior double room, and upon arrival we were greeted warmly and professionally by the staff, which set the tone for our entire stay.
The Superior double room exceeded our expectations in every way. Spacious, elegantly decorated and offering magnificent views of the Vistula River, it provided a luxurious rest after a day spent exploring beautiful Krakow. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep, and the attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was impressive.
However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly dinner at the Orangery Caf茅 on the top floor of the hotel. The panoramic view of Krakow from the caf茅 was breathtaking, creating a magical atmosphere during our meals. The food at the Orangerie was simply exceptional, with each dish refined to perfection and overflowing with flavors. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a culinary delight that left us craving for more.
